Asset Vision SMS Program Terms

Program Name: Asset Vision Logistics Operational SMS Program

Program Sponsor: Asset Vision Logistics LLC ("Asset Vision").

Program Description: Asset Vision sends operational SMS notifications, dispatch alerts, and logistics updates to employees and business contacts of Asset Vision Logistics LLC customers and affiliated companies. Messages include load confirmations, driver assignments, schedule changes, dispatch coordination, safety alerts, and general operational communications related to the recipient's work assignments on the Asset Vision platform.

Who Receives Messages: Recipients are drivers, dispatchers, and oilfield operators employed by or contracted with Asset Vision Logistics LLC customers. Messages are not promotional or marketing in nature; they are tied to the recipient's active operational role.

How Recipients Opt In: During onboarding, each recipient's mobile number is entered into the Asset Vision platform by their employer or dispatcher as part of a written onboarding agreement that includes explicit consent to receive operational SMS notifications. Mobile numbers are not collected from web forms, third parties, or marketing lists. Consent is documented and retained by the enrolling employer/dispatcher.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies with operational activity (load assignments, schedule changes, dispatch coordination, and safety alerts). There is no fixed cadence.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply from the recipient's mobile carrier. Asset Vision does not charge a fee to receive these messages.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS notifications from this program.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
